At Parker + Scott, we love creating space for community connection—and that includes opening our doors for workshops led by local creatives, makers, and small business owners. If you’ve got an idea for a class or gathering that aligns with our values of sustainability, intention, and inclusivity (Read Our Statement on Inclusivity), we’d love to hear from you.

Here’s what to know before you submit:

Timing & Setup

  • Most workshops begin at 7pm and run for about 2 hours—if you’re envisioning something different, let’s chat!
  • We can comfortably host up to 10 guests per event.
  • We’ve got the basics covered: 10 folding chairs, one 6-foot table, and two 4-foot tables (just let us know ahead of time if you’ll need the 4-footers specifically).

What We Provide

  • Workshops may be held at either our Crestview location or our Rosedale shop inside HarperSage. The final location will be determined by our team upon approval.
  • You’ll have access to a cozy, welcoming space designed to foster creativity and community.
  • Optional amenities (available upon request): running water, a microwave, and electricity.

Ticketing & Payouts

  • We don’t charge a fee to host your event, and you’re welcome to manage your own ticket sales.
  • If you’d like Parker + Scott to handle ticketing for you, we retain a 5% fee per ticket to cover processing and time.
  • Payouts for ticketed events are completed within 7 days of your event date.
